Yes, really on December 1! For the last year, Dice’s new social recruiting product, Open Web, has been in beta. During this time, we’ve had the opportunity to hear from customers like you, and we’ve improved it tremendously as a result. We added new features that save you time, like our Chrome Extension, all-in-one candidate profile and a faster way to connect with candidates via Twitter, Facebook, email or phone. Most importantly, we focused on how Open Web helps you:

- Get a 360 degree view of candidates
- Increase response rates by personalizing your approach
