Description: Good understanding of RIS, PACS, VNA and clinical workflows in Radiology domain. Experience with RIS Implementation. Good knowledge of HL7 and DICOM standards. Experience in handling escalation tickets. Familiar with Ticketing tools and Incident management. Good communication skills.
