Recruiters: Do You Have What it Takes to be an Honorary Tech Pro?

diceQuiz_ercSuccessfully hiring in tech takes a special recruiter. One part of your brain has to be steeped in sourcing, employer branding, candidate experience best practices. The other part of your brain has to understand technology stacks, skills and culture.

We believe you are a special recruiter. We’ve developed a Technology Recruiting Quiz to test and highlight how special you are. Find out if you are a guru,  sage or tech recruiter in training.

    • Morris,

Your comment is well-taken. The lines between first and second degree connections can get blurred in social networks. At Dice, we think of “first degree connections” as a mutual connection. Twitter recently changed the functionality of Direct Messages to allow for you to send a message to someone who follows you, but you have refrained from following. Hope this update on Twitter Direct Messaging is helpful.

      • Tucker,

I’m betting your comment is similar to Morris’ above. The lines between first and second degree connections can get blurred in social networks. A “first degree connections” to us at Dice is seen a mutual connection. Twitter changed the functionality of Direct Messages to allow for you to send a message to someone who follows you, but you don’t follow back.

    Hi,

This was a very useful test to prove and know our own potential and improve in the areas not covered. I hope we can have more of these quiz on a regular bases to keep us focused. Thanks.
