Led the implementation of the e-business tax module by performing a GAP analysis, gathering the requirements, overseeing the design, configuration and customization of the various components, data migration and providing testing, training and post go-live support.

Impact: Saved thousands in labor by installing all three tax components, integrating them with the company’s tax partner, and developing a fully functional tax architecture. The end result was a simple tax model that makes use of default values without extensive processing.

Created custom invoice reporting, revenue recognition and innovative collection procedures for the deployment of R12. Developed an integration plan for data from a legacy system, set-up invoices, debit and credit memos, customized dunning letter and the statement cycle in the accounts receivable module.
Impact: Completed data clean-up and migration, report design, collection procedures and employee training within 13 weeks. DOS dropped from 45 to 30 days within two revenue cycles.
