- Technology is pervasive and if you haven’t already joined the movement,
jump on board.
- Nearly three out of four tech-focused hiring managers (73%) plan to hire
more tech pros in the six months ahead.
- Still not convinced? Almost one quarter (24%) of those surveyed indicated their additional hiring would be “substantial.” That’s a jump from 19% who said the same thing at mid-year last year.
- One reason for the surge in hiring is voluntary departures. When asked about the frequency of quitting at their company, 42% of hiring managers reported an increase from last year—up from 33% who said the same thing just six months ago.
