Aptera Software, a development and Web design firm, plans to expand its operations and add up to 17 new jobs by 2016. The Fort Wayne, Ind., company plans to invest $785,000 to renovate and equip its current 13,500 square-foot building. The renovations are expected to be complete in January, allowing the firm to accommodate additional employees and streamline work processes.
