Dice’s Open Web is now out of Beta

diceNewOpenWebLogYes, really on December 1!

For the last year, Dice’s new social recruiting product, Open Web, has been in beta. During this time, we’ve had the opportunity to hear from customers like you, and we’ve improved it tremendously as a result.

We added new features that save you time, like our Chrome Extension, all-in-one candidate profile and a faster way to connect with candidates via Twitter, Facebook, email or phone.

Most importantly, we focused on how Open Web helps you:

  • Access more unique candidates and build a talent pipeline
  • Get a 360 degree view of candidates
  • Increase response rates by personalizing your approach

I’m very proud of Open Web and thankful for the wide-scale adoption and hugely positive feedback from our customers. I encourage you to take advantage of Open Web if you haven’t already. Here are a few success stories on how others are benefiting from Open Web.

Thank you very much for being an invaluable Dice user and I appreciate your continued support. If you have any questions on how this impacts your Dice service, please refer to the FAQs.

We are committed to continuously improving Open Web – feel free to send your feedback directly to me.

Best regards,

Shravan Goli

No doubt , Dice is awesome as compared with other portals. Next step should be how can we make it better than what it is.

May be we should use “NOT” option as a Boolean search. This has to give us those resumes which do not contains certain keywords.

Eg. (Java AND j2ee) NOT spring should give us resumes containing only Java and j2ee only.

Yes, Dice is a primary choice in job portals for all the recruiters here.
i would suggest if you people do that extra probing in the contact format; For Ex

primary / secondary contact, email id’s is must (Not Employer)
when the candidate wishes to be called (timings)
available time / notice period
