A quick look at some of the movement among IT people this week.

Betable, a startup that provides a platform for integrating real money into games, named Ryan Linton Chief Revenue Officer. Most recently, Linton was Vice President of Revenue Operations at Zynga, where he was responsible for building new revenue channels and creating partnerships with other companies. [AllThingsD]

MetaJure, a maker of enterprise management platforms, appointed Rob Arnold to be Chief Executive Officer. He is taking over for Paula Rosput Reynolds, Interim CEO. [MetaJure]

Germany-based software giant SAP announced that Jim Hagemann Snabe will step down from his position as co-CEO next year. This will leave the other co-CEO, Bill McDermott, to take over as the sole Chief Executive Officer — making him the first American to hold that position. Sources anticipate a shift toward a more American center for the company. Hagemann Snabe has been co-CEO since 2010, and will join the company’s Advisory Board. [AllThingsD]

Bob Lord joins AOL Networks as Chief Executive Officer. He will report to corporate Chairman and CEO Tim Armstrong. Previously, he headed up Publicis Groupe’s Digital Technology Division and was Global CEO of Razorfish. [aolnetworks.com]

Meantime, AOL, which recently acquired tech startup Gdgt, has found new roles for Gdgt’s founders, Peter Rojas and Ryan Block: Vice President of Strategy and Vice President of Product. Both founders were editors at Engadget before they started Gdgt. [AllThingsD]

W2O Group, a network of marketing, communication, research and development companies, appointed John Cunningham to be Chief Technology Officer. Most recently, Cunningham was Senior Vice President of Information Architecture at MyEdu.com, an education technology company he founded. [Dice News]

Healthcare operations and IT consulting firm Culbert Healthcare Solutions appointed Jaffer Traish to be the Director of Epic Consulting. [Dice News]

Kate Aronowitz, Director of Design at Facebook, is transitioning into the role of Director of Brand Design. Before joining Facebook she was Director of Design at LinkedIn, and before that, Senior Manager of User Experience and Design at eBay. [AllThingsD]

After two years as a Principle at Greylock, a venture capital firm, Josh Elman was promoted to Partner. He will be focusing on consumer tech, specifically companies that connect people with one another. He comes from a background of product management at social networking companies including Twitter, Facebook, Zazzle and LinkedIn. [AllThingsD]

Symantec hired five senior executives as part of CEO Steve Bennet’s restructuring. Colleen Lacter of Waggener Edstrom -- Microsoft’s PR agency -- was added as Chief Communications Officer; Manny Kostas, previously Senior Vice President Marketing and Strategy at HP, becomes Chief Marketing Officer; Julie Talbot-Hubbard, previously Chief Information Security Officer at Ohio State University, was hired as Chief Security Officer; Matt Lynch, previously Chief Operating Officer at IMBD.com, joins as SVP for eBusiness; and Stephen McHenry was hired from Google to become SVP for Cloud Platform Engineering. Following the recent launch of Docker, an open source platform that eases application deployment, app development PaaS provider dotCloud named Ben Golub CEO. Golub brings more than 25 years of industry experience, as well as a track record as a successful CEO for two startups: Gluster and Plaxo. [dotcloud.com]

DocMagic, a document preparation and eDelivery service provider for the mortgage industry, hired Brian Yoder to be Director of Software Development. He has more than 35 years of software development and management experience from positions at Peter Norton Computing, EarthLink and Cyber Defender. [docmagic.com]

Government software and systems solutions provider STG named Tom Anderson Chief Operating Officer. Anderson brings more than 30 years of related experience, most recently as President of Wyle’s Science, Technology and Engineering Group. Before that, he was a senior executive in operations and business development functions at Raytheon and FDC/Northrop Grumman IT. [stginc.com]

Federated Sample, maker of the Fulcrum platform that connects survey respondents and research firms, appointed Brett Schnittlich to be Chief Technology Officer, Executive Vice President and a member of its Board of Directors. He had been CTO for Lieberman Research Worldwide. [The Times-Picayune]

Anthony Hess joins CACI, a government information solutions provider, as Senior Vice President of the Healthcare Solutions Group, a part of the company’s Federal Civilian Solutions organization. [CACI.com]
