Apple Wins Limited Ruling Against Google/HTC
Apple's won an import ban on HTC Android phones that use a patented mark-up of data types, which allows different apps to use the same information set. The ban, which is set to begin on April 19, 2012, doesn't impact any HTC products that don't offer that feature, in ways related to this particular patent. Is it a serious blow to Android? Eh.
