Health IT continues to surge forward, driven by the pressure on healthcare organizations to implement electronic health record systems as a 2014 federal deadline looms. By 2015, those who haven't hired enough technology pros to complete the task will face stiff penalties, but people with HIT skills in all areas are in short supply.
