Every September, Berlin hosts the big consumer electronics event called IFA. Last year, Samsung announced its first tablet, Galaxy Tab, stunning pretty much everybody. This year, the event will run Sept. 2 - 7. The day before it opens, Samsung's planning to make some kind of announcement. The company's already released two videos, teasing the device it plans to launch and making me want to be in Berlin early next month. Last year's clearly showed the company was going to announce a tablet, as well as raising the curtain on some of its features.
