Nokia and Microsoft are hosting a "Party" during the annual GamesCom trade, which takes place in Cologne, Germany on August 17. Could this event be the right time to announce the first Nokia smartphone powered up by Windows Phone 7? It certainly would be a good time, although reports are claiming a Q4 launch for the Nokia Windows Phone 7. Some rumors point toward this announcement at the event, since a few weeks ago we discovered a Nokia phone codenamed Sea Ray that runs Windows Phone Mango.
