A Windows Phone fan? Can't stop tweeting, checking your friends on Facebook or playing Xbox Live games even when you're in the shower? Well, if you're staying in a Far East nation called Japan, you're in luck. Toshiba-Fujitsu announced the first Windows Phone Mango device in the world -- IS12T, which is both waterproof and dust-resistant (IPX5 certified), all without having a car tire wrapped around it. It features a 3.7-inch LCD screen with 480x800 resolution, 1 GHz Scorpion processor (Qualcomm MSM8655 Snapdragon chipset), 32 GB onboard storage, and a 13.2 MP camera with CMOS sensor. The device comes in three colors: black, magenta and citrus. The colors were chosen to match the Windows phone tiles, and they look just as playful as the ones on the N9. The IS12T (seriously, no better name?) is not likely to be available outside Japan, but it won't be too long until Nokia releases its first Windows Phone. We'll see by then if it's any good.
