There's a game in here somewhere - something like Plants vs. Zombies. Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, the twin brothers who say Mark Zuckerberg stole the idea for Facebook from them, are going to appeal their latest courtroom loss to the U.S. Supreme Court. (The full 9th Circuit declined to review an earlier ruling against them.)

The Winkevosses' attorney Jerome Falk said in a written statement that he plans to pursue two legal issues: the court's decision that a party who is defrauded into entering a settlement agreement cannot challenge the contract for fraud, and the court's decision that statements made in a confidential mediation cannot be used as proof that a party committed securities fraud.

The twins say they were misled about the value of Facebook's stock when they initially settled the dispute for $20 million in cash and shares now worth $200 million. They're also planning a separate case in Boston over allegations Facebook withheld instant messages during all the shenanigans litigation. Technically, the twins have no legal options left if the Supreme Court doesn't agree with them. But there's always the International Court of Justice. Source: Los Angeles Times
