In Hiring Mode, East Bay Software Firm Taleo Snags GSA Deal

Taleo, a developer of enterprise talent management software, is looking for a few good developers who know how to design and integrate enterprise systems. Based in the East Bay community of Dublin, Taleo last week reported landing a contract to develop a suite of software services for the U.S. General Services Administration to help the agency expand training and improve the way it
manages employees.

Taleo’s software is used primarily by large organizations – its customers include almost half the Fortune 100 – to manage the recruitment, hiring, management, succession and compensation of employees. For that reason, Taleo typically recruits those with extensive experience designing, managing and integrating enterprise software.
