also you forgot to mention the new interstate fraud law that went into effect back in feb.

any resume that is stolen by copy and paste mode into another’s resume and presented to client with another name on it. Is held to the same law as stealing work product, which is a jailable offense.. represents class 2 felony fraud and jailed up to 3 years in prison.. that was a great law that went into effect… that will stop most slime ball firms from commiting fraud.
