Project Snapshots: Human Capital Management Preston Automotive Leasing Environment: R12 Time and Labor and Workforce Scheduling Led multiple initiatives to improve configurations and setups for current modules such as compensation workbench, manager self-service and absence management. Developed new workflows using OAM, personalizations, fast formulas, and extensions after gathering the requirements, identifying risks and resolving issues at all client levels. Impact: Reduced redundancy and rework 24% by streamlining business processes and creating new reporting solutions that dovetail with HR road map and other IT initiatives. Connecticut Manufacturing Environment: R12, Compensation Workbench, Incentive Compensation Worked with HRIS, payroll, and operational teams to identify areas for increased efficiency and productivity using standard analysis techniques such as data flow and workflow analysis. Impact: Improved compensation analysis and reduced processing time for bonuses and raises 50% by developing new interfaces, streamlining approval processes and working with the development team to capture performance data in appropriate flexfields. XYZ Engineering Environment: R12 Time and Labor, XYZ Offline Time Entry System Analyzed the current ticketing system to identify documentation issues that hindered compliance with global labor laws. Impact: Achieved 100% compliance by implementing fast formulas by country and system configuration changes requiring more user documentation. Facilitated change by soliciting input and executing user acceptance testing. Maintained custom and standard Oracle OTL CORE configuration while successfully modifying the custom interfaces for Canada and U.S., U.K., U.A.E. and Australia. Project Snapshots: Financials Big Time Entertainment Environment: Conversion from 11i to R12 General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, CE, PO, INV, OM Led the implementation of the e-business tax module by performing a GAP analysis, gathering the requirements, overseeing the design, configuration and customization of the various components, data migration and providing testing, training and post go-live support.

Impact: Saved thousands in labor by installing all three tax components, integrating them with the company’s tax partner, and developing a fully functional tax architecture. The end result was a simple tax model that makes use of default values without extensive processing. ABC Bancorp Environment: R12 GL, AP, AR and CM Created custom invoice reporting, revenue recognition and innovative collection procedures for the deployment of R12. Developed an integration plan for data from a legacy system, set-up invoices, debit and credit memos, customized dunning letter and the statement cycle in the accounts receivable module. Impact: Completed data clean-up and migration, report design, collection procedures and employee training within 13 weeks. DOS dropped from 45 to 30 days within two revenue cycles. High-Fashion Discounters Environment: R12 General Ledger, AP, AR, FA, CE, PO, INV, OM, iProcurement & iExpenses Designed solutions to enhance standard Oracle flows for order to cash, procure to pay, inventory, credit card transactions and GL accounting processes for this rapidly growing specialty retailer that handles over 3,000 transactions per day. Implemented automatic bank reconciliation functionality in CM and auto lock box functionality in AR. Impact: Improved inflows and outflows, facilitating discounts from vendors for bulk purchases and early payment without tapping a short-term line of credit.Employment and Education
