Thanks for the humor, Cat! Those are reasonable guidelines. Similar guidelines could be used by managers, directors, VP’s, but never presidents, when accepting feedback.
I would say that code reviews for the sake of code reviews are wasteful, but they’re very helpful with regard to sharing business knowledge, technical approaches, and, where appropriate, social skills. :)
