Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kan., is bulking up its programs for students interested in pursuing avionics degrees. The college has signed an agreement with Kansas State University at Salina to streamline the progression of JCCC students who want to continue on to a bachelor's degree. Meanwhile, it's working with the Blue Valley School District's Center for Advanced Professional Studies to create way for students there to earn credits toward a bachelor's. The college now has about 90 students working on associate's degrees in electronics technology. Related Links
