Terra, an ISP in Mexico, has set up bins that will provide free Wi-Fi whenever they're fed, well, what you get at the wrong end of a dog. Free Wi-Fi access is available to everyone in the vicinity, and the amount of time it's active corresponds directly to the weight of the... package it's being fed.
